By accessing or using any website, platform, or service operated by ISRI Press Ltd ('ISRI Press', 'we', 'our', or 'us'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services. Continued use of ISRI Press services following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ISRI Press Pvt. Ltd. is an academic publishing organisation incorporated in India under the Companies Act 2013 (CIN: U22110UP2010PTC123456). Our registered office is at 12 Knowledge Park, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India.

We operate 31 peer-reviewed journals across 8 academic disciplines, together with associated author, reviewer, and institutional membership services and submission platforms.

Our services are intended for use by researchers, academics, institutional professionals, and other parties engaged in scholarly publishing. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our platforms in any way that breaches applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Access our websites and submission portals for legitimate academic or professional purposes
• Submit manuscripts in accordance with the relevant journal's author guidelines
• Manage your account, membership, and associated services
• Communicate with our editorial and support teams

To access certain services, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering
• You must promptly update your account information if it changes
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at press@isripress.org
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person
• You must not create multiple accounts for the same individual without prior written consent

All manuscript submissions are subject to the author guidelines published on the relevant journal's page. By submitting a manuscript, you confirm the following:

• The manuscript is your own original work and has not been plagiarised
• The manuscript has not been published previously in any form, in whole or in part
• The manuscript is not currently under review at any other journal or publication
• All named authors have consented to the submission and approved the final version
• All funding sources, conflicts of interest, and ethical approvals have been disclosed
• The research was conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards

All content on ISRI Press websites and platforms — including but not limited to text, design, logos, software, and interface elements — is owned by or licensed to ISRI Press and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon acceptance and publication, authors grant ISRI Press a licence to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the work in accordance with the publishing agreement signed at acceptance. Authors retain their moral rights in all cases.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ISRI Press platform content without prior written permission
• Published articles are subject to the licence terms specified at the time of publication (e.g. CC BY, CC BY-NC)
• ISRI Press trademarks, service marks, and logos may not be used without express written consent

ISRI Press offers Open Access publishing options. Where an article is published under an Open Access licence, the specific licence terms govern how the article may be reused, shared, and adapted.

The most commonly applied licences are Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) and Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0). The applicable licence is stated on each published article.

Certain ISRI Press services, including Open Access publication and paid membership tiers, require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where required by law.

• Fees are due in full at the time of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing
• APC waivers and discounts are applied at the sole discretion of ISRI Press
• Payments are processed via RBI-compliant payment gateways (UPI, Net Banking, debit/credit card) subject to the provider's terms
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act 2019
• ISRI Press reserves the right to revise fee schedules with 30 days' written notice

When using ISRI Press services, you must not engage in any of the following:

• Submit manuscripts containing fabricated, falsified, or plagiarised content
• Attempt to manipulate the peer review process, including by suggesting reviewers with whom you have undisclosed relationships
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from ISRI Press platforms without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or another user's account
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software
• Impersonate another person, organisation, or ISRI Press employee
• Engage in any conduct that could bring ISRI Press or the academic community into disrepute

ISRI Press services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Content published in ISRI Press journals represents the views of the authors and does not constitute the editorial position of ISRI Press. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any published research.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ISRI Press shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or our services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000.

You may close your ISRI Press account at any time by contacting press@isripress.org. Closure of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination.

ISRI Press may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable Indian law. We may also discontinue or modify any part of our services at our discretion.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the Indian Contract Act 1872, and other applicable central and state legislation.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. Disputes may also be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 if both parties agree in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using our services before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
