How quickly will I receive a response? +
Response times vary by department. Submissions and Membership queries are answered within 1–2 business days. Editorial queries take up to 3 business days. Ethics concerns are acknowledged within 24 hours. During peak submission periods (January and September), response times may be slightly longer.
I submitted a manuscript weeks ago and haven't heard anything. Who do I contact? +
First, check your submission status through the author portal. If your manuscript shows 'Under Review' and it has been more than 8 weeks, email submissions@isripress.org with your manuscript reference number. Do not submit a duplicate; it will not speed up the process.
How do I report a concern about a published article? +
Post-publication concerns — including suspected errors, data issues, or ethical violations — should be sent to ethics@isripress.org with the article DOI, a clear description of the concern, and any supporting evidence. All reports are treated confidentially.
Can I visit an ISRI Press office in person? +
Our offices are open to scheduled visitors. Please email the relevant regional office at least 5 business days in advance to arrange an appointment. Walk-in visits cannot be accommodated. Edinburgh HQ is the only office that handles face-to-face editorial consultations.
