- Dr. Satappa Bhambar Kharbade is a distinguished academician and researcher serving as Dean(F/A), and Director of Instruction at the Post Graduate Institute, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Ahilyanagar-413722, Maharashtra, India. - Ms. Shruti Gurappa Biradar is a Ph.D. research scholar, Department of Entomology, Post Graduate Institute, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri (Maharashtra, India). She completed Master’s (M.Sc.Agri) in Entomology from College of Agriculture, Dhule sub campus under MPKV, Rahuri University. She received Department topper scholarship during M.Sc. (Agri) and received “Best M.Sc. Thesis Award 2022-23” and felicitated with “Budding Innovators Award-2023” for PhD research work in National Conclave by IIT, Ropar and KVV, Karad. She received MJPRF-2023 Fellowship by Maharashtra State Government and MAHAJYOTI, Nagpur for Ph.D. research programme. She have been participated and presented many posters, published abstracts in national, international conferences, seminars, workshops, trainings, symposium. She has research publications including 7 research papers, 1 patent, 5 popular articles, 3 review articles, 9 book chapters and 4 books to her credit.
- Dr. Sakharam Tukaram Aghav is Assistant Professor of Entomology working in the Department of Entomology, Post Graduate Institute, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri (Maharashtra State). He did his M.Sc. (Agri.) from Vasantrao Naik Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani and Ph.D. in Agricultural Entomology from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri and has completed 20 years of experience in teaching as well as in Research. He has guided five M.Sc. (Entomology) students. He has been in teaching the M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses since 2018. He has published 03 book chapters and 35 research papers in national and international journals and 80 extension article. He contributed five state level recommendations on insect pest control.
- Dr. Uttam Kisan Kadam currently working as Head, Department of Entomology, Post Graduate Institute, Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri, Maharashtra. Dr. Kadam holds a Master’s (M.Sc. Agri) and Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Agricultural Entomology from Mahatma Phule Krishi Vidyapeeth, Rahuri. With over 33 years of experience in teaching and research, he has guided nine M.Sc. (Entomology) and three Ph.D. (Entomology) students. His research contributions include 42 publications in national and international journals, numerous extension articles, and organization of 25 trainings. Notably, he has contributed to 8 state-level and 17 national-level recommendations on insect pest management.
